Qixi Qingren Jie, Chinese Valentines Day or Double Seven Day always on the 7th Day of the 7th month of the Chinese calendar, this festival goes back to the Han Dynasty (206 BC-220AD).
Chinese Valentines Day, or the Qixi Festival, celebrates the union of two star-crossed lovers in Chinese mythology whom, through the help of magpies creating a bridge between them, can be seen eternally as the Milky Way in the stars.
In China this is a festival for young girls and newlywed couples. It ultimately symbolizes sexual happiness and marital devotion.
